How to store cookie dough for better freshness?

Cookie dough will keep for about 8 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 6 months in the freezer. We recommend that you keep the product in an airtight container and consume it at the pace that suits you, during your favorite series on Netflix or while camping with your family!

Then the decision of the cooking time is up to you, depending on your oven and your preference. If you like smoother cookies, go for a little 8 minutes. If, on the contrary, you love having your cookie face "crick crack crouck", then it takes at least 12-13 minutes to overcome such an epic crunch!
