When my daughter was a baby, I discovered that she suffered from multiple food intolerances. For a foodie like me, having to eliminate dairy products and gluten was a big challenge that I had to drastically learn to deal with on a daily basis. As a health professional, I knew the phenomenon of food allergies, but I was far from suspecting that having to live them concretely would become the starting point of a company.
In January 2019, I decided to found Belle & Caramel in order to offer delicious, conscientious and safe solutions to families who cope with the social isolation of dietary restrictions. By combining science and love of good food, our team and I have developed desserts that are as decadent as they are benevolent!
